Serotonin and that give you more energy and help keep you,calm,positive ,and focused.

Sunlight provides  Vitamin D known as the "SUNSHINE VITAMIN".

After you wake up  in the morning, you need Vitamin D. It's helps you boost in your body.Don't stay in a long hours.You must need just 1 hour or 30 minutes. It's better. 7am or 8am in the morning.
